[ jewelry ]

This stuff is made of soda tabs, scraps of fabric, old vintage jewelry bits, buttons, zippers, rivets, cords, etc.  Some of the tabs get painted and hinged together with wire, some woven into hemp, some sewn to fabric to make bracelets.  Some are made into earrings and necklaces, and some even become rings.

Jewelry ranges from $8.00 to $15.00
You can also order a set of jewelry-  Like a bracelet and a pair of earrings etc

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Soda tab / wire bracelet

The soda tabs are painted bright red and hinged together with silver wire, and clasps with hook&eyes.
A scrappy black fabric ruffle can be added underneath the tabs to make a cuff.  It's removable.  But I don't have pictures of it as a cuff yet.

this is not my arm.  no room  ;)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Punk soda tab earrings

soda tabs stitched to black fabric with a bright red rivet.

The earrings are the dangle-y kind, not studs..

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Punk hair bow

 The soda tabs are painted bright red, layered, and stitched to the black fabric ruffle.  Like a flower.  There's a thingy in the middle that's like, a thing.. I'm not sure what to call it.  :}

and there's a hair clip on the back.. I really love this one!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy's pants arm bracer

So.  Like I said, this is made from the zippered crotch of some old faded green-ish pants.
The clasp-  The original button from the pants is on the right and fastens on the left, and then has a hook&eye below.
There is crazy zig-zagging stitches and scrappy black and red striped bits.

Here's the front ^  A bronze colored zipper on the outside and the label on the inside.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Girl's scrappy arm bracer

The clasp- A nice purple button is attached to a soft ribbon on the left side of the closure and fastens on the right.  Below the button is a hook&eye.

Heavy dark purple fabric with scrappy pink and purple plaid w/ raw edge.  Stitched in black thread-

The bracer is lined with the same plaid and has the CL label on the inside.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Recycled Beer tab earrings

These are from some beer cans.  I didn't drink them.  Just sayn'.
They look orange, but they're actually bright red.  The tabs are wired to earring loops with three gold-sh colored beads.  Inside the hole in the tabs are medium wooden beads with flowers and designs that have been burned on.  The beads are wired to the tab.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zipper ring

I made one of these for myself a couple months ago, and everyone kept asking about it so I made one for the store  :)

This one is a really dark green color with a dirty bronze colored zipper.  The zipper head hangs loose, and yes, it unzips  ;)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Monster tab necklace

An orange Monster energy drink tab is attached to an adjustable hemp cord.  There are three foggy black beads and one brass colored bead on each side of the tab.

The hemp cord is tied a special way so you can adjust the length of the necklace by pulling the knots.  It can be a choker, like you see here, or a normal length necklace.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy's army green ring

This is made from some old pants.. It has a bit of elastic stitched into the inside to make the size a bit more versatile.  My brother almost kept this one  :)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Recycled beer tab necklace

Yes.  I dumpster dive occasionally.
The tab has a crown punched into the top.  The necklace has colorful beads all the way around and clasps in back.

The beer tab looks rather orange in these pictures, but it's actually bright red.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Soda tab leaf earrings

The tabs are painted an off-white color and attached to earring loops with wire.  Opaque plastic yellow leaves hang from the the bottom of the tabs.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy's pop tab arm bracer

This is a guy's soda pop tab bracer.  It ties with black cord through four bright red rivets to fasten.  The front is black with dark red lining.

The backings are made from cereal boxes, brown paper grocery bags, scrap notebook paper, duct-tape, staples, and sharpies  :)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy's lace-up arm bracer

Guys arm bracer- ties with black cord to fasten.  The front is dark army green with 12 silver rivets, hemp is woven criss-cross through the rivets for decoration.  The lining is black and red stripes.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy's lace-up arm bracer

This is basically the same as the last one, but there's only 8 rivets, and it laces with red ribbon.  The front is black and the lining is brown with a black diamond pattern.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Girl's pop tab bracelet

This one is thinner, with the tabs going side-ways.  The front is dark army green with white lace lining that peeks out on the front around the edges.  One tan colored rivet on each end and ties with a piece of hemp.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Girl's pop tab bracelet

Thin black front with soda pop tabs and dark purple lining.  Clasps with a cool vintage purple button and a black cord loop on the other end.  The Crash Landing label is on the outside of this one.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unisex pop tab arm bracer

Dark army green front with black lining and has the CL label on the front.  Fastens with two sets of hook&eyes.  Simple, but simple is good sometimes ;)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dillon's arm bracer!

Gift for a good friend  :)

This is reversible.. The front is dark wash denim with a vintage black metal zipper, rivets, and hook&eyes to clasp.  The back is made from my favorite black and red stripey fabric, the same zipper from the front closed, and the Crash Landing label stitched in by hand.

open half-way to reveal some silver rivets.

This is the other side.. It has an extra set of hooks so you can wear it denim side up on a grungy day, or striped side up for when you're feeling a little punk  ;)

Thanks Dillon!  :D

Vintage button pop tab ring

This ring is somewhat adjustable.  The wire was taken from an old spiral bound school notebook, and the vintage button is from my great grandma's old button boxes.

Pop tab swamp earrings
[ sold ]

The tab is super super super glued to an earring stud and has bits of stringy, shredded, electric green linen sewn to it...  Looks kinda drippy and seawead-ish..  Very fun to wear!  (( note-to-self :  when wearing a homemade earring for a picture, make sure the super glue is dry!! ouch... ))

Purple lined pop tab bracelet
[ sold ]

This isn't a very good picture, but hopefully you get the idea... has kind of a "heavy metal rock star" feel.  Like spikes or something.
